Steven Cross graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Mr. Cross was a Staff Editor for the Global Business & Development Law Journal and a co-founder and treasurer for the McGeorge chapter of the National Lawyers Guild. He also represented clients as a certified law student for the McGeorge Immigration Clinic and worked as a judicial intern for Judge McManus at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District. Throughout law school, Mr. Cross worked for a Civil Litigation firm in Sacramento.
After law school, Mr. Cross moved back to the Bay Area. He gained invaluable negotiation and mediation experience as the Mediation Program Coordinator for the Center for Human Development through direct community mediation and leading a 40-hour MCLE mediation training. Mr. Cross then transitioned to a General Civil Defense firm in Emeryville, California, where he successfully represented small businesses in general civil litigation related to personal injury, real estate and asbestos matters. Mr. Cross joined the Pleasant Hill Office of Low McKinley Baleria & Salenko in 2019.
Mr. Cross is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
