Carlos M. Ambriz

Carlos M. Ambriz earned his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law in May 2000. He holds a dual bachelor’s degree in political science and Chicano studies from California State University, Fresno. Mr. Ambriz brings more than 24 years of litigation experience to the firm in the practice of medical malpractice defense, employment law, and business litigation.

 

Mr. Ambriz has extensive trial preparation experience and has contributed to the development of numerous cases for trial. He “second chaired” a jury trial in Sacramento County that proceeded to verdict and will “first-chair” a trial in the San Joaquin County Superior Court in February of 2026. Mr. Ambriz has appeared in Federal Court throughout California and has argued before the California Third District Court of Appeal.

 

Mr. Ambriz joined Low McKinley & Salenko in January 2026. His civil litigation practice focuses on defending physicians, dentists, and other healthcare professionals in medical malpractice cases.

 

Mr. Ambriz has been a member of the State Bar of California and the San Joaquin County Bar Association since July 2000. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.
