Biography
Nicholas Ponce received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Political Science from the University of California, Davis. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was awarded the Sacramento Estate Planning Council Scholarship. During law school, he completed concentrations in Business Law, International Law, and Tax Law.
During law school, he interned with the Solano County Superior Court, where he conducted legal research and drafted tentative rulings for civil law matters, while simultaneously working as a research assistant for his International Law professor.
Mr. Ponce has experience in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, landlord-tenant disputes, employment law, product liability, and governmental tort liability. In addition to litigation, he has experience drafting contracts, petitions, and motions in the areas of business law, estate planning, and taxation. His experience handling personal injury cases involving a variety of orthopedic, psychiatric, cardiovascular, and other injuries positioned him well for a transition to medical malpractice and hospital liability defense.
Mr. Ponce was admitted to the California State Bar in 2023 and is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association.
