Attorney Bios > Joseph M. Weber Mr. Weber received his B.A. from the University of Iowa
in Political Science and English in 1998, where he was a member of the
Honors Program. He obtained his J.D., cum laude, from the University
of Minnesota Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the Minnesota
Since being sworn in, Mr. Weber has acquired a significant amount of litigation experience. He has two bench trials to his credit, and has also conducted direct and cross examination of several witnesses in the jury trial context. Mr. Weber’s practice has given him a special knowledge of elder abuse, cardiology, reproductive medicine, complex law and motion, writs and actions involving declaratory and injunctive relief. In addition, Mr. Weber has published and lectured on topics including elder abuse and failure to diagnose breast cancer. Mr. Weber is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel, the California Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, the Sacramento County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and Mensa International.
