Mr. Enochian was born in Berkeley, California on January 19, 1947. He attended the University of California at Berkeley and received a Bachelors of Science degree in 1969. He then spent two years in the United States Army as a commissioned officer, one year of which was spent in the Republic of Viet Nam. He then attended Golden Gate University School of Law, received his law degree in 1974 and became a member of the California Bar that same year.

Mr. Enochian is a trial lawyer who specializes in civil litigation, including the representation of seriously injured individuals and the defense of products liability claims, employment related litigation, business related litigation and the defense of physicians, hospitals and their employees and related health care providers in malpractice actions.

Mr. Enochian started his career as a trial lawyer with Gordon & Rees in San Francisco. In 1980, he founded the law firm of Moss & Enochian located in Redding, California. In 2006, he returned to the Bay Area and became general counsel for Gillig Corporation. In 2011, he joined Donnelly Nelson Depolo & Murray and in 2014, he joined the Sacramento law of Low McKinley Baleria & Salenko, LLP.

Mr. Enochian has tried to verdict more than 125 civil jury trials. This achievement has been recognized by the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) where he has achieved the highest ranking of Diplomat. Mr. Enochian's success and ability have also been recognized by his election to Fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers. In addition, Mr. Enochian was the President of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, a national trial lawyers organization, and was a member of the Board of Directors of DRI.

Mr. Enochian is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, all courts of the State of California, the Ninth and the Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeals, all of the United States District Courts of California and several other federal district courts as well.
